Whether you sell on eBay, your own website, or any other platform, our image preparation service ensures your listings always look polished and professional.
Clients can send us scanned stamp images directly from scanner glass or inside stock cards and stock pages — whichever method is easiest for you. One scan can include multiple stamps, saving you significant time at the scanning stage.

You Send Scans Share your scanned images via Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or any cloud storage. Scanner glass or stock pages — both work perfectly.

We Separate Each Stamp Every individual stamp is identified and extracted from the group scan into its own image file.

Crop & Straighten Using Adobe Photoshop, each stamp is precisely cropped and straightened to a perfect angle.

Black Border Applied A uniform, custom-sized solid black border is applied to all four sides for a premium, consistent look.

Delivery & Review Completed images are delivered via your preferred cloud folder. Payment is only due after your full approval.
Pricing Note: Used stamp image preparation is available at an additional charge of $0.20 per stamp. This service is included within our hourly package and also available as part of the Dealer Special fixed-price bundle — 50 mint stamp images prepared for $40.
