What Is This Service?
Running an online stamp store is time-consuming — especially when you have hundreds or thousands of stamps waiting to be listed. Our listing service takes this workload off your hands entirely. We log into your website or eBay store using restricted access credentials and handle all the listing work for you.
This is a read-and-write limited access service. You provide us with a restricted access or sub-user access that gives us only the permissions needed to create and manage listings — nothing more. We cannot access your payment information, account settings, personal data, or any other sensitive area of your account.

Deliverables
What We Handle
- Upload prepared stamp images to each listing
- Enter stamp title, description, and key details
- Set category, condition, and listing format as per your instructions
- Apply pricing based on your provided data or catalogue values
- Organize listings into correct store categories
- Bulk listing via CSV / Excel upload where supported (e.g. eBay)
- Update or revise existing listings as needed
Security & Access
How Access Works

Restricted access / Sub-User Access Only You create a restricted sub-account on your platform (eBay seller account, WordPress/WooCommerce, etc.) with listing-only permissions. We never receive your main account login.

No Access to Payments or Settings We never have access to your payment accounts, financial information, account credentials, or personal settings — only listing creation functions.

You Retain Full Control You can revoke access at any time. All listings can be reviewed and approved by you before going live if you choose.

Transparent Reporting We provide a log of every listing added or modified during each work session for your complete records.
